About Me
Mir Mohammad Mohi Uddin Rafi is a Law graduate and legal researcher from Bangladesh, specializing in constitutional law, human rights, and social welfare law. He holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from East West University, where he was awarded the prestigious Medha Lalon Fund Scholarship for academic excellence.
Alongside his professional practice, he contributes to academia and research as a Reviewer for the International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Science (IJRISS). He has also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Social Relations and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Law at East West University. His research interests span corporate governance, constitutional law, and private international law, and he has published several peer-reviewed articles in reputable international journals.
Rafi’s leadership and advocacy background includes active participation in moot court competitions, debates, and legal conferences, further strengthened through his role as Vice President of the East West University Debating Club. His academic journey is rooted in strong foundations, having completed his SSC at National Ideal School & College and HSC at Government Science College.
